Looking for the perfect student accommodation in Ormskirk?
At McComb Students, we’re dedicated to providing you with the best possible student living experience. That includes making the booking process as simple and stress-free as possible. We offer a straightforward system with no agency fees or hidden costs. Best of all, we don’t charge any deposits or summer retainers.
Our bookings for the next academic year’s in-take open in October/November of the current academic year. We normally have a limited availability due to our existing tenants re-booking and students that have registered to join our waiting list. We recommend arranging viewings & completing bookings (that is if you like our accommodation and are happy with the terms) as soon you’re able to do so. Remember – Early bird catches the worm – Don’t miss out!
Please note, the contract length for room bookings is 50 weeks.

Select Your Room or Location

Arrange a Viewing
After you have selected your location, you may wish to view the property. Simply click on the Arrange a Viewing button located on each room or property page and fill out our form. Once we have received your form we will be in touch to confirm a viewing time.
This is optional. If you’ve already had a viewing or do not wish to view, please skip to step 3.
Book A Room
Decided on your perfect space? Lock it in! Just click the ‘Book A Room’ button on the property or room page and fill out our easy booking form.
This will require the following; Name, Address, Contact information, Student details & Guarantor details.
Please note if your guarantor fails in the required checks you will need to find another guarantor to proceed with your application. We will let you know if this is the case.
Tenancy Agreement
Once the above steps have been completed, we will send out your tenancy agreement for electronic signing.

Moving In
Collect your keys at the arranged time with McComb Students and enjoy your stay for the upcoming academic year. Please note that your contract start date is September 1st and the first rental installment must be paid along with your inventory signed before key release.
