Car lovers were indulged over the bank holiday weekend as MotorFest returned to Ormskirk.
The event took place throughout the centre of the town, with plenty of vehicles on display for fans to come and see. The crowds turned up to see the range of different cars and motorcycles showcased throughout Sunday.
This years MotorFest also took time to celebrate some notable landmarks in the history of British Motoring. Special parades were organised to mark the the 100th anniversary of the first Bentley being built, the 70th birthday of the Jaguar XK120 and the 60th birthday of the Mini.
Anyone living in the centre of Ormskirk was in a prime position to see the event first hand, with the parade route running from Park Road and through the town to St Helens Road.
What makes the event so good, is that it offers something for the entire family. Whether it is a classic vehicle or a super car, there is a range on display.
Food and drink stalls, along with live music took place in the park and made for a great day out, especially as the sun was shining. The event, which is run by Aintree Circuit Club in conjunction with West Lancashire Borough Council, continues to grow from strength to strength every year.
